Definition:
Radiant heater systems through suggesting by the sun have been designed and produced to use in places where heating is difficult
They are one of the best and the most convenient heating methods
You can feel the heat just under the sun in the sunny days of winter or you can feel it by going from shadow to the sun in the warmth of a summer day.
Radiant heater system is cross section of the sunshine which makes a favorable feeling of heat in human
The history of radiant heater system
in 1800, William Hershel, an English astronomer, discovered by a prism and a thermometer that after decomposing by the prism the waves diffused from the sun have the lowest temperature in the blue and the highest one in the red.
Then it appeared that over 50% of energy diffused from the sun reaches the earth through invisible infrared waves
Then it appeared that over 50% of energy diffused from the sun reaches the earth through invisible infrared waves
In the late 1950, an American company, Roberts Gordon, prepared the arrangements of manufacturing radiant heater system of tubal and gas type to produce and transfer thermal waves with a function like sun.
This system was designed and made by the said American company firstly into single-linear (Straight Tube) at 1966 which was equipped with burner spin system and into U-tube at 1969.
Now more than 50 great companies produce all kinds of radiant heater systems
This system has a special position in economizing energy consumption, because the transfer of radiant heat in heating a place has two important features:
First: that heating energy is transferred through the waves which through direct heat toward the low gravitates to the floor and the building things and also to the human body
Second: that the minimum energy gravitates to the ceiling and available air within the building
Nowadays radiant heater system is one of the most economic and convenient usable heating method .
